Thank you for your interest in a Wood Chick custom design. We are excited to work with you to create a unique design that will be special and personal to you.
To begin, please make payment on this custom design fee of $50.00. This fee includes the design of invitations, reply cards and any other cards, as long as they use the the same design elements. This fee is non-refundable.
Please include a detailed description of what you want to see in your design. We will have a much more efficient design process if you have a clear vision of what you want. Please include your ideas for layout, colors, fonts, and images. Feel free send us sketches or photos that help depict your ideas. For any image attachments, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
You are welcome to send us other invitation designs for inspiration, but we respect other designers’ work and will not simply copy their design. We can try to evoke a similar feel, but the design will be different.
We will begin by sending you one concept proof. If it is not in the right direction of what you envisioned, we will send up to two more different concepts. From the chosen concept, we will provide unlimited revisions to tweak minor things like colors, fonts, and wording.
The design process can range between 1-3 weeks, depending on the number of revisions needed. Please allow up to three business days between concepts. Minor revisions will be quicker.
Once you approve the final design, please make payment on the total cost of printing your invitations. Production takes 2-3 weeks (rush service is available at an additional fee). Shipping takes an additional 2-5 days in the US and 1-3 weeks for international destinations.
Custom designs remain the property of Wood Chick. Digital files for your own use are not included in your purchase.
